Who Are Listening Dog Media?

We are an audio production company specializing in interesting podcasts; programming led branded content and radio programmes. With over 50 years’ experience between them Listening Dog Media was set up by Chris Pegg, Callum Marks and Kelly Pegg. Recognizing that there is a growth for real interesting short form audio content the team has set up Listening Dog Media. The team at Listening Dog Media knows what makes award winning entertaining programming that connects with audiences.

Callum Marks
Production Director

Callum’s audio career started at the age of 16 and since then he’s worked on stations such as Smooth, Heart, Capital, Absolute Radio and Key 103. Having produced Breakfast, Network and Late-Night talk programmes, his experience has allowed him to create a wide variety of audio content. On-air talent he has worked with include Jason Manford, Gethin Jones, Dave Vitty, Gemma Atkinson and Stan Collymore.


Since leaving full-time radio, he’s turned his attention to podcasting and online content, recognising the opportunities the medium offers to audiences and brands alike.


Alongside audio, Callum has worked with legendary musicians including Yes, The Moody Blues and Kansas to create content in the United States.

Kelly Pegg
Editorial Director

Kelly is an experienced Journalist and Presenter with 15 years in radio and TV Broadcasting. As a Journalist she read the news, on Heart 106, Metro Radio, TFM, BBC Newcastle, and LBC as a TV journalist she appeared on Tyne Tees, Cumbria and Sky News covering the Raoul Moat incident.


As a presenter she has worked on Rutland Radio, Metro Radio, TFM, Radio Aire, Key 103 and Hits Radio. She currently presents a network Saturday morning show which attracts over half a million listeners a week and is the peak show for many stations in the Hits Radio network. She also presents the Sunday weekend show with quarter of million listeners.


As well as broadcaster she is a writer and has written for the largest regional newspaper in the UK – The Yorkshire Evening Post as a weekly columnist. She also recently guest blogged for an international blogging magazine as well as writing her own blog Mum On The Radio.
